Disputes Overview

The Dispute API service provides functionality to create and manage customer disputes. Disputes are managed through our Client Portal by the developer.

Please note: Customers cannot dispute a debit transfer. Only ACH transfers may be disputed. Additionally, a transaction must be in SETTLED state before a dispute can be created. Only one dispute may be filed against each transaction in Avenu.

Create a dispute, view dispute statuscustomer/v1/dispute

Dispute status will remain in pending status until an admin makes a determination on the dispute.
